We did it. We are officially Australia’s first footwear label to become B Corp certified!
Okay, we’ll say it, we’re pumped.
What are B Corps?
Glad you asked. We have joined over 360 certified B Corps in Australia & New Zealand, businesses that stand by the highest social and environmental standards for people and the planet. Values we live by, and we now have the stamp to prove it.
How do you qualify?
As a business, we were externally assessed across governance and transparency, working standards, community, environmental and customer impact. To qualify, you must exceed an 80-point threshold to become a Certified B Corp.
As part of our journey to do better, we are proud to say we exceeded the highest verified standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability.
Who manages B Corp?
B Lab, a non-profit that advocates using business as a force of good. Launched in 2006, the organisation encourages all businesses to measure and manage their social and environmental impact with the same attention as they do profit.
We are so incredibly proud of this achievement. We will always continue to question our processes, source more sustainably and make a positive impact on the community.
