Tips for choosing shoes that suit narrow feet.
When shopping for narrow feet, look for styles that secure your foot in place. This reduces slipping and clawing, keeping your feet comfortably supported. This means styles with laces, buckles or velcro uppers can be tightened to reduce space in the forefoot.

This handy fitting tool allows you to tailor the fit of our shoes to your foot shape.
Included in each kit, you will find:
- 2 x Thin Footbeds
- 2 x Forefoot Pads
If you have narrow feet, our forefoot pads are life-changing. To use them, simply:
- Remove the standard footbeds
- Insert the forefoot padding at the front of the shoe, (smooth side face down).
- Put the standard footbeds back in and voila! Experience a snugger fit and reduced heel slip.

If your shoes don’t have a removable footbed and your shoes feel too roomy, try our Magic Gel Inserts.
