Stacey and Ash Keillah are creators, parents and honestly, just straight-up legends. With their minimalist aesthetic, hardworking attitude and down-to-earth persona, the dynamic duo take the mantel for relationship goals.
As our long-time mates and full-time Bared wearers, they’re our go-to couple for effortless style inspiration. We sat down with the laid-back couple to chat about work/life balance, travel and obviously, shoes. Keep scrolling and get to know Stacey and Ash.
“We’ve been married 3 years now and we live in the Byron shire with our two-year-old son Jaiya. We both love being outdoors and enjoying all that this region has to offer whether it’s surfing (Ash) or beach walks and yoga (Stace). We’re incredibly lucky to start our day and end our day at the beach as a family.”

You’re such a busy couple, what do you enjoy most about what you do?
The freedom to be creative is our favourite part of what we do. We both take turns in front and behind the camera and coming up with different ideas and concepts for each brand is definitely a favourite.
Being able to have flexibility in our job means we both get to be “at home” with our son so that's super important to us.

You have worn our shoes for years and have quite the collection. What style has the most mileage?
Stacey: The ‘Shelduck tan’ haven’t left my feet. The perfect Summer accessory and I can’t get over how comfy they are!
Ash: My fave has been the Erbium sneakers. So comfy and I can pair them with pretty much everything I own.

From Byron to L.A., you seem to have traveled everywhere. Where has been your favourite?
Our last Bali trip right before we had our son was a stand-out. We cannot wait to head back over there and bring Jaiya. We also have been toying with the idea of a Euro Summer (isn’t everyone haha). Both of us have never been so we are absolutely itching to get over there!

Last but certainly not least, as we roll into 2023, what are you looking forward to most?
Hopefully, a Euro summer and see more of Australia. We have a bunch of smaller work trips booked so we can’t wait to bring our little sidekick with us and experience places we’ve never been before.
