Festival Boots at Coachella 2026: Bared Looks From the Desert

Coachella has a way of revealing which brands are actually in the room. Among the most watched fashion moments of the festival was Alix Earle on Day 1 - stepping out in our festival-ready Hillstar boots and doing what she does best: being our relatable internet bestie. We were nonstop refreshing our feeds for more content, but it didn’t stop there.

This year, Bared kept showing up - Shanina Shaik brought out her Hillstar boots for the second year in a row, Carlie Jule Whalen chose a couple new boots to style after we met her last year as well and long-time Bared lover Stacey Nguyen styled our Tern to perfection. Pedestrian.tv and Women's Wear Daily clocked it, so did we. These are the festival boots and styles that made it to the desert in 2026.

A Day-One Statement: Shanina Shaik in Hillstar

Shanina Shaik is no stranger to Bared - she's worn the brand before and she keeps coming back. So, when she showed up at Coachella in the Hillstar boots for the second year running, it felt less like a moment and more like a habit. The best kind.

Hillstar has earned its place as our go-to festival boot for exactly the reason Shanina keeps reaching for it: structured enough to look intentional, comfortable enough to actually last the day. Coachella is long. The ground is hard. The right boot matters - and Shanina knows it.

And she wasn't the only one. Scroll down and you'll find Alix Earle in the same boot on Day 1. Same boot, completely different energy. Both nailed it.

Carlie Whalen in Vulture Golden Tan and Tern Coffee Suede

Carlie Whalen didn't come to Coachella with one outfit. She came with a wardrobe - and Bared was threaded through it. Spotted across the festival in both Vulture Golden Tan and Tern Coffee Suede, Carlie represents the kind of dressing Bared is made for: considered, repeatable, built around pieces that do more than one thing. The warm tan and coffee suede tones she  chose track with the earthier palette that ran through festival fashion this year - a quieter counterpoint to the metallics and neons and a much smarter bet for longevity.

Vulture in Golden Tan brought the polish. Tern Coffee Suede delivered the ease. Two shoes, multiple looks, one through-line: an influencer who knows exactly what she's doing when she gets dressed.

Stacey Nguyen in Tern Black

Stacey Nguyen wore the Tern Black, and the styling spoke for itself - clean, confident and exactly right for a festival that rewards a considered edit over a costume. Where Carlie leaned into suede warmth, Stacey went dark and direct. Same silhouette, entirely different mood. That's what makes the Tern such an interesting boot: it shifts depending on who's wearing it and what they put it with.

Stacey has been wearing Bared for a while now, so seeing her reach for the Tern at Coachella felt natural rather than surprising. She styled it exactly right - and her community noticed. Sometimes the best endorsement is just someone you love wearing something you love.

What Are The Best Shoes To Wear To Coachella

Bared boots are built for a festival - whether it's Hillstar, Vulture or Tern. The best shoe for Coachella is the one that gets you through the day and into the night without a second thought, and that's exactly what these are designed to do. At this year's festival, the pattern was clear: Hillstar for the nights that need structure (Shanina and Alix both backed it), and Tern or Vulture for moving through the longer days with ease (Carlie and Stacey had that covered).

Bared boots are built on a podiatrist-designed footbed that supports from the inside out, which means they hold up across the kind of long days a festival actually demands. No breaking in, no swapping out mid-afternoon, no compromising on how a shoe looks to make it wearable. Just boots that keep up with wherever the weekend takes you.
