Shipping & Delivery

We'll generally have your order dispatched within 24 hours (on a business day or up to 2 days over weekends and public holidays). Please note that dispatching is a little longer during sale and promotional periods.

We ship all international orders from our warehouse in Melbourne, Australia. We use Australia Post and DHL Express courier services for Singapore orders. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.

Please note, once your package is in the hands of our freight forwarders, customs and border control have a right to hold the parcel for any import-related questions. In rare cases, you may be asked to contact DHL and verify your details.

If any taxes and duties are payable, DHL or Australia Post will send an email notification advising this and will direct you to where you can make payment. Once payment has been made, your order will be to you within five business days.

Please check your country’s import taxes and duties prior to placing your order, as Bared cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred. Import taxes & duties calculators are readily available on the web.

No! We cover the the cost of all shipping and returns, including an extra package of additional pairs we may have sent for you to try.

Please note import taxes & duties are not covered in the purchase price of your order or additional pairs sent (except for UK customers).

All international shipping and returns are facilitated via DHL Express On Demand or Australia Post.
