The Promoter is Bared Footwear ("Bared") of 15 Hamilton Street, Oakleigh. Entrants cannot enter multiple times. Entrants must complete the competition entry mechanism on Bared.com.au and follow the required Instagram pages as shared via all media and promotion of the competition. Entrants must be residents of Australia. Competition is open from 06:00am (AEST) on 22/04/2021 to 06/05/2021 at 11.59pm (AEST). This is a game of skill, so each entry will be judged on its accuracy, creativity and ingenuity. Winner will be selected by Bared Footwear on Friday 07 May 2021. The winning Prize contains products:

• Brosa Design Bedroom Furniture to the value of $1500 RRP.

• Five pairs of Bared Footwear valued at $1,945

• $1000 worth of Kip & Co

• $800 artwork from Aurora Art

The total value of the prize is $5245.00 AUD + delivery. The Prize includes delivery costs. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards or any other form of credit. The winner of the Prize will be contacted via email and announced on Brosa Design, Bared Footwear, Kip & Co and Aurora Art's social media channels on 07/05/2021.

The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will be disclosed to the parties above. If the prize is unclaimed within 30 days of the winner being announced the unclaimed Prize will fall to the next. This unclaimed Prize draw will be conducted at 179 Johnston Street, Fitzroy VIC 3065 at 12.00pm on 07/06/2021.

The winner of the unclaimed Prize draw will be contacted via email and announced on Brosa Design, Bared Footwear, Kip & Co and Aurora Art's social media on 07/06/2021. No refunds or exchanges are applicable for the Prize at any time. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize (or part thereof). Entry to this competition is open to all Australian residents, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its related companies.

To enter Brosa competitions, entrants must complete all entry mechanisms and entries must be received by the Promoter by the specified closing date. If any prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value.
