TERMS & CONDITIONS:
The Promoter is Bared Footwear ("Bared") of 15 Hamilton Street, Oakleigh. Entrants cannot enter multiple times. Entrants must complete the competition entry mechanism on baredfootwear.com and follow the required Instagram pages as shared via all media and promotion of the competition. Entrants must be residents of Australia. Competition is open from 06:00pm (AEDT) on 11 March 2025 to 12:00pm (AEDT) 25 March 2025. Winner will be randomly selected by Bared Footwear on 25 March 2025. The winning prize contains products:
COMEDY FESTIVAL:
A Festival ticketing package, including 3 x double passes to Festival shows (spread over two nights).

BARED FOOTWEAR:
• $1000 worth of Bared for the winner + $1000 for the friend.
The total value of the prize is $3,240. The Prize cannot be exchanged for cash, gift cards or any other form of credit. The winner of the Prize will be contacted via email and announced on Bared Footwear social media channels on 25 March 2025.
The competition is open nationwide, though the winner is responsible for all transport to and from the Prize, including but not limited to; flights, rideshare and all forms of public transport.
The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will be disclosed to the parties above. If the prize is unclaimed within 24 hours of the winner being announced the unclaimed Prize will fall to the next.
The winner of the unclaimed Prize draw will be contacted via email and announced on Bared Footwear and Comedy Festival social media on 25 March 2025. No refunds or exchanges are applicable for the Prize at any time. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in the value of the prize (or part thereof). Entry to this competition is open to all Australian residents, excluding employees and their immediate families of the Promoter and its related companies.
To enter Bared Footwear competitions, entrants must complete all entry mechanisms and entries must be received by the Promoter by the specified closing date. If any prize is unavailable, for whatever reason, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize for a prize of equal or greater value.
