Which courier do you use?

We use Australia Post to ship all orders within Australia.

How much does shipping cost?

Starting Monday, October 23rd, 2023, our shipping rates will be adjusted to $5.95 for domestic and $15 for express via Australia Post. In-store pick-up is available at no cost.

Where do you ship to?

We ship anywhere in Australia, including Australia Post parcel lockers and post office boxes.

How long will it take to receive my parcel?

Do you offer express shipping?

Next-business-day guarantee currently suspended:
Express Post remains our fastest postal service, but our next-business-day guarantee is suspended until domestic flights return to normal.

Express shipping is available at checkout for an additional AU$15. To find out if you’re located within the Express Post network, click here.

If you're located outside of the Express Post network, Express Post items will be delivered as fast as possible using existing transport links.

Please note - there will be a 48 hour dispatch time on express orders during sale periods. We are unable to upgrade parcels to express shipping after placement.

Do you offer in-store pick-up?

Yes! You can select your preferred store pick-up location when making a purchase via our website. We’ll aim to get your order prepared within 24 hours. We’ll email you when your order is available for collection.

Will I receive tracking details with my order?

Yes. We'll send you tracking updates via email to advise you when your order has been printed, dispatched, is in transit, is on-board for delivery and has been delivered. We hope your new Bared shoes are perfect for you.

Do you ship on weekends? What about Public Holidays?

Orders leave all of our locations on weekdays at around 3pm AEST, excluding Victorian Public Holidays.

What if I'm not home to accept my delivery?

All orders are sent using Australia Post’s signature on delivery service. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, an AusPost representative will leave a card for you detailing instructions on pickup from your nearest post office. The post office will hold your order for ten business days. If you haven’t collected your order within that time, it will be returned to us.

I need to change the delivery details on my order, help!

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to an order after it has been placed.

If you have purchased the wrong item, we suggest placing another order for the the correct item, and contacting us ASAP to cancel your initial purchase. We are only able to cancel orders that have not been dispatched.

If you have input the incorrect shipping address, you can redirect the parcel once it has been dispatched, by following the link supplied in your shipping notification email

We are unable to upgrade parcels to express shipping after placement.

I've only received half of my delivery.

If you've only received half of your order, don't panic! If you ordered multiple items your shoes may be shipped separately and at different times, depending on the location of stock. Please allow a couple of extra days for your second pair to arrive, before you start to panic.

I think my order has been lost, help!

If your order has been delivered and signed for, yet it is not your signature on the proof of a delivery document, please email us at info@baredfootwear.com so that we can lodge an investigation with Australia Post and ascertain the whereabouts of your parcel. You will be able to find your tracking details in the email you received when your order was dispatched.

If there have been no physical scans on your order for more than five business days, please email us at info@baredfootwear.com so that we can lodge an investigation with Australia Post to ascertain the whereabouts of your parcel.

Are Australia Post deliveries Carbon Neutral?

Did you know that Australia Post deliveries are carbon neutral? Australia Post purchases carbon credits, mostly in Australia, when customers regularly send parcels through AusPost post offices or book parcel pickups via their MyPost Business Account (like Bared do!). The purchase of these carbon credits aids in achieving carbon neutrality.

Carbon credits are a permit that allows the holding company to emit a certain amount of CO2 or greenhouse gases. One credit permits the emission of a mass equal to one ton of carbon dioxide.

Australia Post is dedicated to reducing emissions from their operations where possible. They have cut their carbon emissions by over 20% since 2010 and have increased the use of electric bikes and vehicles among their delivery drivers.

Expecting A Delivery? Australia Post Has A Delivery Update

MyPost registered receivers will now receive a digital collection notification via email, SMS or the AusPost app if delivery has been attempted, but no one was home. Australia Post will no longer leave a ‘sorry we missed you’ card, unless they’re unable to match the parcel to their MyPost Account.

Within New Zealand

Which courier do you use?

We use Australia Post to dispatch all standard post to New Zealand. Express orders are sent via DHL Express.

How much does shipping cost?

Starting Monday, October 23rd, 2023, our shipping rates will be adjusted to NZ$12 for regular post via Australia Post and NZ$25 for express via DHL Express.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes! We offer DHL Express shipping to New Zealand for NZD$25.

Where do you ship to?

We ship anywhere in New Zealand, including New Zealand parcel lockers and post office boxes.

How long will it take for you to ship my order?

We'll generally have your order on its way within two business days (or a little longer during sale and promotional periods).

We ship all New Zealand orders by Australia Post or DHL Express. Delivery times will vary depending on your location.

Will I receive tracking details with my order?

As much as we’d love to, unfortunately not! If your order is over NZ$1000, you will be charged taxes and duties on your purchase when it reaches New Zealand.

Do I have to pay return shipping costs?

You’re in luck! We cover the cost of all shipping and returns, including an extra package of additional pairs we may have sent for you to try. We use Australia Post or DHL Express On Demand for all New Zealand returns.

International Shipping

What courier do we use?

We ship anywhere in the world using DHL Express & FedEx.

For Singapore & Hong Kong we use Australia Post for standard shipping and DHL Express for express shipping.

How much does it cost to ship internationally?

New Zealand - NZ$12 Standard Shipping & NZ$25 Express.

Singapore - US$15 Standard Shipping & US$35 Express.

Hong Kong - HK$120 Standard Shipping & HK$275 Express.

United Kingdom - GB£15 Standard Shipping & GB£40 Express.

USA/International - US$15 Standard Shipping & US$35 Express.

How long will it take for you to ship my order?

We ship all international orders by DHL Express or Australia Post (Singapore only). Delivery times will vary depending on your location.

Do I have to pay import taxes?

Import taxes & duties are not covered in the purchase price of your order. Some countries require payment of import taxes & duties to release the goods into your country. DHL will send an email notification advising that import taxes are to be paid and will direct you to where you can make payment. Once payment has been made, your order will be to you within five business days.

Please check your country’s import taxes & duties prior to placing your order, as Bared cannot be held responsible for any additional costs incurred. Import taxes & duties calculators are readily available on the web.

Do I have to pay return shipping costs?

No! We cover the cost of all shipping and returns, including an extra package of additional pairs we may have sent for you to try. We use DHL Express On-Demand for all international returns.

Do you ship to Russia?

Unfortunately, due to laws and regulations, we are unable to ship to Russia.
